Tina Muia Master Roaster

After selecting the finest Arabica coffee, Roast Master Tina Muia and her staff, slow roast the beans in one of two 25-pound San Franciscan batch roasters. This combination radiant/convection roaster produces the perfect roast by providing constant feedback on the sight, sound and smell of the bean while it is developing. All of our beans are roasted before blending and distributed within 48 hours of roasting to guarantee freshness and the highest quality product.

Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting Co. delivers fresh roasted coffee to a variety of Hotels, Restaurants, Fine Grocery Stores, Coffeehouses, Inns, Corporate Businesses, and Specialty Stores throughout California and the United States.

Products We Offer

• 5# In room filter packs @ .75 ounces each (4 – cup), 5 ounce packs (3 liter brewer).

Private labeling for 3/4 lb (one time fee of $100) plus cost of labels.

Fund Raising – 3/4 lb bags only.  Earn $5 or more per bag for your organization.

Minumum Orders

All bulk coffee is sold in five-pound packages. Opening Orders of 20 lbs. or more is requested. Retail packaged coffee is available in 3/4 lb. specialty valve bags with 5-pound minimum order of each type of coffee.

Pricing

We will gladly discuss your coffee needs and provide wholesale pricing to qualified customers.

Shipping

We ship UPS ground across the United States. Packages under 40 pounds, the customer pays shipping; Between 40 & 100 pounds, CVCRC & the customer split shipping; and over 100 pounds, the customer pays a $10 Handling fee only.

Equipment & Repairs

Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting Co. provides on-site repair and maintenance to area businesses. We repair espresso machines and brew systems as well as provide on-going maintenance for your equipment.
