Cashiers & Baristas
Our baristas are the foundation of our business. We provide orientation and training for everyone who joins our team. Learn cashiering services, cleanliness and upkeep of the store, and service standards for our valued customers. After mastering cashiering, barista training will begin for those without previous work experience.
A supervisor is someone with excellent barista and cashiering skills who has the desire to also lead others and take on more duties to assist the Store Manager. This position is a wonderful stepping stone to a management position.
Store Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of the individual store. This position is an exciting career for experienced professionals with a background in restaurant management, retail management, or for a supervisor or barista with leadership skills who desires more responsibility.
Wholesale Delivery Person
Deliver coffee to our valued wholesale customers on a part-time basis. Work directly with our team of coffee roasters. A clean driving record and familiarity with the local area are required.
